When a fear or phobia starts controlling you, stopping you doing what you want to do, it is time to take action. Your fear may be a fear of flying, or a fear of needles, or it could be social anxiety which is stopping you going out or obsessive compulsive disorder (OCD). Phobia treatment is quick and effective in typically just 4 sessions. Arrange an initial consultation and I will explain how I work with phobias and build your confidence to take control again.
