Service Description

Trauma can happen to any of us, from a serious accident to a birth trauma. We can either be the victim or someone who sees the event. After a trauma you may experience flashbacks, nightmares and avoidance issues which can stop you moving on with your life and your relationships with other people. Rewind Trauma Therapy is different from other trauma approach therapies as the client only needs to disclose minimal details to the therapist, so is less at risk of being re-traumatised. Current research shows 85% effectiveness for 'Rewind' in as little as 3 sessions.
